CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE
If you're hosting Congressional Debate at your contest, you have some forms to upload or print out for your judges and competitors.
Please note that these forms come from the NSDA's website.
PARLIAMENTARIAN FOLDER FOR EACH CHAMBER
*A copy of your legislation packet for your tournament
*Docket if you have pre-set docket before beginning of first session
*Seating charts for each session for Parliamentarian (also one for Presiding Officer to use). You can create and print these in Tabroom.
*A roster of competitors printed from Tabroom.
*The set of placards with the kids’ names printed on them (Senator Smith). Tabroom can print these nicely. Add your tournament logo and print them on cardstock!
*Table of Frequently Used Motions

*Speech Scoresheet (if using paper ballots) — one per competitor plus a couple of extras
*Two-sided rubric for how to score speaking and how to score presiding (pages 14 and 15 of this guide run off as two-sided paper — could also just run off whole guide).
*Master Ballot to use at the end of the session (if using paper ballots) — one of the forms in the zip file.
